Ms. Maha Yaqoub holds a Master Degree of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology and a Diploma in Computer Science from Al-Gazeera University, and she Holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Textile Engineering (with honors) from Sudan University of Science and Technology. She has extensive experience in the securities industry and the development of investment funds and portfolios. She is also a Certified Financial Engineer (CFE).

She serves as Deputy General Manager of Bayan Financial Investment Company, a licensed brokerage firm on the Khartoum Stock Exchange. She is also a board member of Al-Rawad Financial Services Company and serves as a member of the audit and risk committee of Al Baraka Bank Sudan.
