Mrs. Faiga has more than 27 years of banking experience at AL baraka Bank Sudan, she has worked across multiple branches and departments. and is currently the manager of Strategic Planning Department. She has over 15 years of experience in developing strategic plans that support the bank’s   goals and promote its growth based on internal environmental analysis, market trends, and competitors. She contributed to the preparation of the bank’s self -assessment report as a part of its participation in the Sudan banking excellence award. 

 She holds a master’s degree in banking studies from Sudan University of Science &Technology. And a Bachelor‘s degree in Banking &Export, and   a Qualifying certificate in the Management of Total Quality &Excellence from the Deanship of development and Quality at Sudan University, and a Certified Strategic Leader Certificate from Business &Statistical Research Centre at Ain Shams University. 

In addition to professional certificates in performance management, performance measurement, using balance scorecard, financial analysis and business analysis, and Total Quality Management.
